Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Trovia. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

AI Output

The Service uses AI models to generate responses based on expert knowledge and your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and Trovia is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

Subscriptions and Fees

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed on the schedule and at the rates described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to Trovia, other users, or third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TROVIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trovia is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
